Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and refunds are not provided once the digital content has been delivered or made accessible. Coins count as delivered once they are credited to your account.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.

EU / UK Customers

By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital content, you expressly consent to the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is lost once the digital content has been made available.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time in your dashboard. It then runs until the end of the paid month and is not renewed. Months that have already started are not refunded.

Support

If you experience any technical issues with your purchase or an export, please open a ticket on our Discord server and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Important Notice

Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, resale or leaking of our clothing assets is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including suspension of access to our services and community platforms. This restriction applies regardless of whether the assets were obtained through a legitimate purchase.
